Frank and his beloved dog Charlie could be found either at home, up at the casino or out at the truck stop having coffee with others and all trying to solve the worlds problems.

Frank loved the outdoors, fishing, camping and riding four wheelers with is friends.  Frank was a hard worker and always a good provider.  He was a great dad and a good friend to many.  He will truly be missed by all.

We are so sorry. Frank is a good man. Another one of those Seneca kids. When someone passes it is family. We grew up together. I have some pictures that Frank sent me when he was in Germany. You can have them when I find them. I am so sorry .
