Nathan Schmeck Obituary

Nathan died in a car accident on September 11th 2022. He was just 21 (March 22 2001)
Nathan hated getting up for school. He went to school here in Burns through the 2nd grade. Spent 3rd grade in Grand Rapids Michigan. 4th grade was in Emmet Idaho. Then he moved back to Burns.
Nathan had lot of nicknames through the years  but Sheeve stuck the longest. He really liked that one.
Nathan fought going to school everyday but if he was going hunting or fishing he would be up at 5am! He liked hunting with his dad and fishing with his best friend, Dakota Male.
Nathan was a very friendly guy and had several surrogate families and even a surrogate girl friend. He seemed to collect friends everywhere he went.
Nathan liked working. He liked working at the Truckstop, he talked with everyone. He spent part of his 20th year in Idaho doing gravel work. He learned to run several different machines in the quarry. He came back to Burns and started work at Fuelgood and was enjoying it.
You could always find Nathan working on his truck or car, especially his derby car. He lived for derbies. He was doing well in them too.
Nathan is survived by his mother, Penny Schmeck, his brother , Jonathan Schmeck, his new little niece of Jocelyn. His Grandpa and Nanna Schmeck (John and Chris) of Idaho. His Grandpa Allen Willis of California. lots of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Laird, his paternal grandma Ardetta, both his maternal grandparents, Mary Holmes and Datus Dean.
