William Harold Jennings, Jr. (Bill) was born on July 23, 1940, and passed away peacefully at home on January 27, 2025 at the age of 84 in Burns, Oregon.

He is survived by his partner of 23 years, Jacqueline Runyan and his children: Oleta Jackson, Rebecca Cordova, Gregory Jennings and Kathy Jennings and their children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Throughout his life, Bill served others with thoughtfulness and compassion. He served in the United States Navy, was a member of the Elks club, and worked for Pacific Power for much of his career.

For relaxation, Bill's hobbies were lamp making, woodworking with sagebrush, gardening and winemaking with local fruits (plums, apricots). He was a very loving and generous man with a good sense of humor and a kind heart.

Bill was born and raised in Burns and then lived in various cities in Wyoming and Washington. For his retirement, he returned with Jackie in 2004 to Burns for the remainder of his life.
