Tiz Doman passed away peacefully in her home Dec. 13, surrounded by her family, after fighting a two-year battle with cancer. Tiz was born June 1, 1976, to Max and Scarlett Mendenhall, and was raised in Raymond, Alberta. She graduated from Raymond High School and went on to pursue a career in teaching at Brigham Young University. While attending the university, she met and married David Doman. After graduation, they eventually moved to Crane, where they settled and raised their family. Besides spending time with her family, Tiz's creative talents inspired many of the things she loved to do. Tiz always strived to live her life in accordance with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She was a prime example of reaching outward; she never hesitated to put others' needs ahead of her own and spent most of her life giving to others when they needed it.  Tiz loved her friends and community very much, and she is dearly loved by them. She will be remembered for all the kindness and service given to everyone that had the opportunity to know her. Tiz is survived by her husband, David; along with her five children, Rixon, Shelie, Leslie, Bear (David), and Esther. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services for Tiz at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at the Church of Latter-day Saints, 600 N.
