Obituary
Shirley Mingus, 84 died on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at her home in Burns. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Burns Cemetery. Contributions in Shirley's memory can be made to the Harney County Historical Society.
