Ronald J. Moss, 83 died on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at a hospital in Bryant, Arkansas. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at the Harney County Church of the Nazarene at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the Burns Cemetery.
