ROBERT J. WOCELKA of  Hines, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 while living at The Aspens Assisted Living Center following a series of strokes. Bob was 92 years of age. Bob was born November 18, 1926 in Park Falls, Wisconsin. He was the youngest of six children. As a youth, he worked at his older brother's service station. On July 14, 1945, he married his high school sweetheart, Mildred Farley. After serving in the Army, Bob came out West. He was on his way to a job in Seattle. When driving through Hines, he stopped to visit a boyhood friend who was the manager at Edward Hines Lumber Company. Forty five years later, Bob retired from the lumber business. He never made it to Seattle! Bob is survived by his wife Mildred, daughter Cheryl of Reston, Virginia, and son Bob, of Hines.
