Rick Hooter Weir, 67 died on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Harney District Hospital.  A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 in LaFollette's Chapel at 10:00 a.m. with a committal service being held in the Burns Cemetery.  A pot luck dinner will follow in the Burns Elks Lodge #1680.  Contributions in Rick Hooter Weir's memory can be made to the Alcohol Anonymous.  LaFollette's Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.
