Misa Kei Blackburn 22, died June 7, 2015, with her family by her side in Portland, Oregon.  A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2015 2 11:00 a.m. in the Burns Elks Lodge #1680.  Memorial donations may be made to the Portland Shriners Hospital and mailed to LaFollette's Chapel at PO Box 488; Burns, Oregon 97720.
