Joyce M. Wheeler, 79 died at her home surrounded with family on Sunday, October 1, 2017. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Holy Family Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow Saturday, 10:00 a.m. Holy Family Catholic Church. Contributions in her memory can be made to the Harney County Senior Citizen Center.
