Obituary
Joseph R. Oltman, 76 died on August 4, 2018 at St. Charles Medical Center. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 in the Burns Cemetery. A fellowship luncheon with follow immediately afterwards at the Burns Elks Lodge #1680. Contributions in Joe Oltman's memory can be made to the local American Legion Harney County Post #63.
