Lorreta Jean Foster, 79 died on Friday, September 6, 2019 surrounded by her family. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at St. Andrews Episcopal - Lutheran Church at 3:00 p.m. Donations in Jean's memory can be made to the Hilander Booster Club and mailed to LaFollette's Chapel, PO Box 488; Burns, Oregon 97720.
