Fred Patrick, 77 died at Sky Lakes Medical in Klamath Falls, Oregon.  A Graveside service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Burns Cemetery.  Fred Patrick is survived by is wife Cheryl Patirck of Klamath Falls, Children: Cheryl Ramirez, Dwayne Patrick, Dawn Oath and Tina Patrick.   Step Children, Shannon Vogler, Kiki Parker-Rose, Betsy Horton & Rori Perkins.  Nine brothers and sisters.  Preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and step-son HC Vogler V.
