Obituary
Floyd "Bud" Garland, 83 died on Friday, June 7, 2019. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 14, 2019 at the St. Andrews Episcopal Church at 10:00 a.m. Contributions in Bud's memory can be made to either the Harney County Fair Board or Kids Club of Harney County. LaFollette's Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
