Bernard "Bud" Seebart died on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Harney District Hospital.  A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Burns Cemetery. Bernard Seebart was born on September 12,1941 in Langdon, North Dakota to Everett H.Seebart and Margaret (Dobrovolnay) Seebart.  Bud moved to Seneca, Oregon when he was 5 years old.  He attended Seneca Elementary School and the on to Grant Union High School in John Day, Oregon.  After graduation he went to work for Edward Hines Lumber Company from 1960 – 1980 doing mostly logging and road building.  He spent a lot of time on heavy equipment working for several logging operations until he took early retirement.  He also worked some in ranching and farming jobs. He married Alice Rider on July 15 1961.  They had three sons before moving to Burns in November 1972.  The Lord surprised him with a daughter in 1981. Bud enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and hiking, going to Church and Men's bible study group. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and his middle son, Andrew Seebart.  He is survived by his wife Alice, Son Ronald and wife Lisa and family, son Charles and wife Cindy and family, daughter, Beth and family.  Five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren
